I pre-ordered first day available.
Who's playing?
Early access to the game starts 12/13. Official release date is 12/20.

SWTOR > WoW
Got a toon up to lvl 13 after a couple of days of play. Enjoying the leveling much more then I did with WoW.
SWTOR is pretty bad ass. Lvl 17/15 now
Got a lvl 26 BH Merc and 14 SW Jugg. Lots o' fun for sure.
Totally forgot about this game until 2 days ago. Played in the last beta round and started a Jedi Consular. Level 9 atm, just got my lightsaber.
Damn you've put alot of time in. I'm only level 17 with over 20 hours of gametime played. Granted I haven't PVPed nor do I skip the story cutscenes.
Yes. You get 30 days "free" with purchase of game. After that its 14.99 for one month, 13.99/month for three month subscription, or 12.99/month for six month subscription.
There is already over 1000 hours worth of content in the launch game imo (if you play every class on both sides). They will keep adding stuff over time.
This is the best MMO I have ever played and I have played a lot.
Mind you, I am not a hardcore player in any sense of the word. I do not dedicate to anything that is time consuming (PvP, End game, etc). I am the very definition of casual gamer.
Companion system is just plain awesome. Just got my ship and 2nd companion. lvl 18 Jedi Shadow.
Now lvl 24 (like I said, casual player...no time).
Game is only getting better, although I will say, I have every action bar turned on (left, 2 center and right) and I am starting to run out of places to put my new abilities.
This might become a problem if it continues.
What's your class?
One post above the one you quoted.
Jedi Shadow.
Bought it a few hours ago. Got up to level 2 mirilian smuggler, but the game started glitching a bit and i left. Seems fun, though i assume it'll get better when my friends start playing with me during the week
very fun when you're not playing as smuggler. I switched to a trooper and it's a lot smoother. Hopefully they patch it up.
Tried only two classes so far. Sith Assassin at level 27 and Jedi Sentinel at lvl 10.
This game is a long grind to 50 if you only do missions. I know alot of people are pvping for XP but I don't see the fun in missing out on the storylines.

Lame
I had no idea the flashpoints were so damn long. I kinda figured it was a short, intense mission... the first one i did took nearly an hour and a half.

First big patch out today. I don't care for the new content since I'm not at max level but it looks like a lot of bug fixes.
Finally hit 50 yesterday.
I cooled off on the game the last month. Story is solid but leveling was way too long. I'm not a fan of PVP since Huttball comes up 80% of the time for me. I'm probably just going to level an alt instead of endgame content.
Solo queue PVP = zero fun. I love Huttball, btw.
I'm guessing Bounty Hunter? Its no fun as an Assassin. Just when I'm about to finish someone I get knocked down a level.
I've played six matches at 50 and lost all. Funny enough Huttball only came up once.
just cancelled my subscription after it just renewed for another 6 months.
Good game, nothing wrong with it, but its the MMO treadmill so many love/hate.
