The force is strong in this one.![]()
It is pretty bad tbh. It's to be expected after two years of shit though.
They are now making claims that the Jazz are a good playoff team to try and fortify the validity of the first round sweep. Pretty funny stuff, tbh. Some people upstairs think that the Spurs swept Memphis.![]()
Spurs fans getting excited over a Spurs sweep?
Fucking mind boggling.
Pretty much. You knew the greys were going to come out in force after the Spurs had their asses handed to them two years in a row. Hell...TPark even showed back up.
I really love the environment down here. It's quite appealing for Spur fan.![]()
Who calls the Spurs boring?

I just saw that thread "
has anyone gone downstairs?
"
I'm surprised anyone is able to see well enough to make a thread, let alone post, after the bukkakefest over beating one of the weakest 8 seeds ever.
Quality trolling is quality...especially when you get that type of reaction from a gnsf. The trolling down here has improved dramatically now that the old man, the narutofag and fake black welcher have been muzzled.
Me/every Spurfan after the game last night

nice
btw gnsf is gay as fuck but when did it become popular for bnsf to scoff his own team![]()
It's not so much BNSF scoffing his team as it is BNSF scoffing GNSF for thinking every season the Spurs are as good as the 97 Bulls.
GNSF motto: "It's not homerism if you're right!"
this happens pretty much every year and yet somehow you dumbfucks still get your mind blown. It's like the exact thing you're complaining about.
+1
Even though The Faggot still has his troll to post and start threads under, people are ignoring him.
true tbh but I think it's greatly overstated imo. though I really don't see why anyone has a problem with celebrating a victory, I'll celebrate if I damn well pleasewe've been getting shit on for years and we finally win a series of course everyone's happy. obviously there's a difference between gnsf saying we're unbeatable and just being happy we won, but I take exception to those saying Spurfan shouldn't be allowed to celebrate. fuck that, after the bukkake we received last year it's warranted imo
and tbh i don't recall anyone ever saying this Spurs team was some kind of 97 bulls type juggernaut...most of the year people have been crying how we were gonna beat down by the Lakers/Grizz again this season
Winning a series allows for some pride and shit talking, but I doubt it would take me more than five minutes to go upstairs and find a post from GNSF saying the Spurs are going to sweep in the next three rounds too. For those not keeping score at home, no NBA team has ever won an undefeated NBA championship so that sentiment on its own is more or less an admission that you think the Spurs are not even just par with the 97 Bulls, but better than them.
AAaaaaaaaahhhhh. Thanks. Sweet, sweet memories. Class of '97 here, and that was definitely my team (and through most of the 90s as well, lol)! *dreamy sigh* OOps. :X
and finding that post is enough for you to be pissed at gnsf? wgaf?
I don't remember who it was but I remember a post up there after game 3 wondering if the Spurs could beat the bulls 72 win record next season.
You couldn't be more wrong. I love GNSF. With as long as I've been in the troll game, I appreciate and don't at all take for granted how GNSF has effectively turned himself into an endless running joke and loaded my troll gun with a magazine that never runs out of ammo.
Mavs in 9! LOL
Tbh it's actually quite assuming how some are trying to make the Jazz out to be a really good team...
Well, we know they are better than the Knicks and the Mavs...
I mean, we clear on that?
Same guy from SpursReport.com, banned after saying "F*ck PETA" when they complained of the bat swipe...
Ever since I remember scoffing your team was considered "cool" over here no matter if your team was actually good or not. Every smart person knows that's pretty retarded but if they're happy that way just let them be.
James Harden scouting report:
Best Case: Manu Ginobili
Worst Case: Jason Terry

The most impressive thing about the series was the Spurs' execution. They looked great but that series wasn't exactly the best barometer for future playoff success.
For me it's easy to temper my excitement considering the Spurs are really just competing for the right to play the Miami Heat. No amount of coaching or execution can stop LeBron when his mind is right. Only once have the Spurs faced their toughest test in the finals, and that was with a prime Tim Duncan. This is very different.
Hhhhhmmmmmm. Thanks. Very, very interesting....
I'll be sure to write all of this "cool stuff" down for future reference, lol.
meh, not impressed at all on a sweep of possibly the worst playoff team of 2012
