City are severely shorthanded at the wings it's no surprise they splash big money on wingers, and it's not like there're many world class wingers available for them to buy. Sterling's ceiling is in the sky, dude is still very young yet he's already established himself as one of the best wingers in the premier league, and a first team regular on the national team. 50m might sound a bit exorbitant a few years ago, but in today's market it is justifiable tbh.
