In many cases, those lobbyists have long-standing connections to the president or his aides. Republican lobbyists coming to visit are rare, while Democratic lobbyists are common, whether they are representing corporate clients or liberal causes.

I would really like to agree that this is something under the table since I have no respect for this president, but I cant. People of similar class tend to form clicks, and it isn't proof of anything.
