What a controversial topic, homosexuality. If you aren't cool with it you must suffer from a phobia. It can't be you just aren't cool with it. I 'm not cool with buttermilk, hardly a phobia. Then there are degrees of uncool about it. I'm against homosexuality being made out to be some real big deal, it isn't. It is not...OH MY GOD!...at all.
However...
I wouldn't be cool with a couple guys carrying on like a man and his woman, yep, it's not how things are suppose to be and no.."it's normal to them"..won't work. We have to go with what's normal in our society. Shaq is over 7 feet tall, totally normal for him, but....
While a lot of people don't want to come off as homophobic I do doubt America is ready for a "known" gay coach/QB in the NFL or a gay president and his male..ah...husband in the White House.
Sure I could be friends with a gay guy. But I could never hang out with him and his lover. Not cool with that sort of behavior. Yes I wouldn't want my kids seeing two guys kissing, or a gay parade. Gays really do need to realize they need to be cool about things.

I'm introduced to a guy who is a known gay. I'll be as cool to him as I am anyone else. And things will stay that way. What I'm not cool with is if he wanted me to come over and hang with him and his boyfriend. Not cool with that.
