Richards looks lost when hes not running pick n roll. He also had a bad defensive play earlier on. His mobility and athleticism are intriguing.
Richards needs to slow down a bit, he looks lost on offense.

How has Richards not been able to do anything overseas? The dude is huge and runs like a deer. And his coordination is a plus. There must be a catch we haven't seen yet because he looks pretty damn intriguing.

"Intriguing" means there's something missing, and people keep hoping all his other positives overcome it.
Hoping maybe some of his subpar play overseas has to do with the caliber of the compe ion. Not sure I want to throw a lot of guaranteed money at a person like that if I'm an NBA team, especially when he's so young. Not really much choice if he has all the physical tools.
Dawson doing nothing spectacular, but you don't always have to look for spectacular. He is having a very good game.
