I tend not to call for bannings or pinkings, since the resulting sore anuses tend to lead to even more annoying posting, and since all of this behavior would likely disappear if everyone else would just stop feeding it...
but it might be nice if Avante were robbed of the ability to start threads.

Avante/SBM don't need to be pinked.
Are they annoying? Of course. I can't ing stand them. They'd probably be gone if dip s like shadowflames and clipper nation (and to a lesser extent chumpdumper) would stop following them around responding to them. Just let their threads die. Do not respond. Simple as that.
I suggest you start a thread asking about what rules you broke. Kori loves reading those and will respond promptly.
If she doesn't, start two more.
