In order to become eligible to get social services for her and her child, they require her to spay herself.

What choices does she have?

A: No home, food, or health care for her and her child. or
B: Get spayed.

You can characterize my statements however you like.

They are either compelling commentary on your stupidity and amoral positions or they are not.
