    soooooo, los gigantes have 45 left to go. If they make the playoffs and get 5 games in, he'll be able to come back. Problem is, SF would have to leave a roster spot open going into the postseason for a guy who may be too rusty to be effective at that point.

    Boach and Sabes will have some tough decisions to make if it comes to that

    Obviously they do something, but Ive always been curious how exactly steroids enhance hitting averages so much? I could understand an increase in power numbers were strength is key, but good hitting averages usually have more to do with hand-eye coordination. Did this guy really go from being a .275 career hitter to a .350 hitter by simply shooting up some testosterone ?

    Yeah I think technique is a lot of it. You can't get some buff bas and he'll definitely hit home run after home run. Then again enhancers shouldn't be tolerated

    Who gives a anymore.... let these guys juice and up their bodies beyond recognition, it's their choice, plus I don't buy that roids are the difference between missing the playoffs and winning the World Series... it's not like taping signals and walkthroughs or refs rigging games to favor certain markets, tbh....
