1-1 at the 3rd
Verlander starts games 1 and 5. A's have no chance if it goes full 5.
1-1 at the 3rd
Well since he's getting two strike zones out there, you're right.
Game 1 belongs to us. Tomorrow the A's are seeing Doug Fister at 12 et, meaning it's their pacific time 9 am. Coco Crisp ain't going to hit a leadoff HR again.
Nice work by your team, good luck to them
Everyone knew the Tigers bullpen sucks, the offense has got to come through to give 'em more than 1 insurance runs.
Thank you baseball gods.
Tigers had a chance to take the lead and blew it. Oakland just won this game and series.
Timmy making an ass out himself per the usual.
Phillies fan shouldn't be allowed to speak lol
Oakland fans having cries on forums about having better record and starting first two on the road
Doesn't surprised me.
All the teams that are having to play the wild card teams are crying about that.
Maybe win your division? Idiots
Alburquerque kept it tied in the ninth when he got Yoenis Cespedes to hit a comebacker with men on first and third and two outs. He gave the ball a quick smooch before throwing underhand to first."I just did it," he said. "It was the emotion of the game. I wasn't trying to be a hot dog."Oakland outfielder Josh Red wasn't thrilled."We didn't appreciate that. I thought it was immature and not very professional," Red said. "You don't do that on the field. Save it for the dugout. That's all I'm going to say."
LOL RED
If Verlander is great and Fister is average, the Tigers can win it all. Maybe, the A's used too much energy anal raping the Rangers?
Don't have to worry about either Verlander or Fister. If Max is on the top of his game and is healthy, the Tigers will make it deep. Look for Sanchez to steal some games as well, 2.64 ERA since September.
I'm rooting for the tigers. I like them mostly due to Cabrera and I like the pitchers that Verlander and Fister are. I hope they smash on the Athletics. I hate how when they get some outs they get all "fired up". Seems to be more professional to flaunt and cuss and junk rather than just kissing the ball. Its not like al kissed the ball and stared down at the player when he did it. Cabrera for MVP I seddddddddddddddddddd.
I know it was our 4th stringer Sanchez starting but still the Tigers should have won this one, especially since Oakland just couldn't stop catching Prince's blasts.
Good to see the Aussie not up the save like last game
I expected a loss last night. Hopefully Scherzer can come back to recent form and the Tigers bats will come alive.
Baseball players "using" too much energy.
Anyway go Oakland, I don't know who the plays for them but I love their unis and the fact that they can win without spending much.
Yeah I suspect all non-baseball fans would like Oakland if they've seen Moneyball
