The first one is unlikely but it could happen...it should happen b/c the Rockets have so many PFs and aren't using that guy, when we could use him.
The 2nd one is a scrub(Blair) for an unproven(O'Quinn, who doesn't get much play time), but he did well in college...and has to play behind like 3 or 4 PFs.
