LB Otaro Alaka of Cypress Falls was NOT offered by Texas today. Disappointing.
The two Louisiana kids have Texas #1.
What's the story with those kids? How good are they? Are they top LA prospects? Possible 4 stars? 3 stars? Just wondering.
Joseph Paul is a 24/7 3-star with offers from Florida, Florida State, and A&M.
Jermaine Roberts is a 4-star already with FSU and A&M offers.
Look to be a pair we'd be really excited to have on board!

2015 S Deionte Thompson of West Orange-Stark committed to Alabama today. The good news is Earl Thomas posted on OrangeBloods that he spoke with the staff after it all went down and he should have an offer in the coming days. Thompson was quoted as saying he still plans on taking visits.
Had no idea someone like Earl posts on OB.
This are the guys from South Oak Cliff High School, DE Sylvester Hayes and S Jyaz Jones are two of them, but I don't know which of them.

DB Edward Paris is announcing tomorrow. Seems all set on LSU. tbh Paris is a nice prospect but I am not as high on him as others. I think Jamal Adams and DSG are both better prospects.
After not getting a single recruit out of Texas this year it looks like LSU is making a push back into the State with Hardeman, Brown and possibly Paris for 2014.
2014 is such a good year for DB's in TX but my top 5 DBs right now would look like this:
1.Tony Brown
2.Nick Harvey
3.Jamal Adams
4. DSG
5. Ed Paris

A new WR prospect on the radar, according to 24/7. Texas extended a last-minute Junior Day invite so he wasn't able to make it in, but WR Trey Quinn of Lake Charles, LA could be a future offer. His first offers were LSU and Texas A&M.
