Oliver Luck has been in Austin since yesterday. Supposedly the AD search will be over in less than a week.
'14 DB Nick Watkins has committed to Notre Dame.
One the players expected to be at the Kansas game is Michael Irvins son, Michael Irvin Jr. He is a 2016 prospect from Prestonwood Christian.
Bobby Burton says Watkins didn't have a committable offer. Which makes sense because we haven't recruited him in a long time.
Figure he'd be a lock for Miami, but you never know.

As always, treat it as fun rumor because it's a big one. According to the chat that Inside Texas had last night, Saban's wife was in Austin for a second time this week. This information supposedly comes from the Alabama side and she wasn't here visiting her daughter-in-law or looking for a "vacation home." I'm not sure Texas fans would be excited about that. He was "coach-in-waiting" at one point, lol, so I guess he's a "candidate" in the most technical sense of the word (but a highly unlikely one).
