Since his last name is Harbaugh, I'm guessing Michigan has the inside edge.
But IMO Texas and USC offer equally the best chance of success.
Listening to sports radio and they're saying that John Harbaugh from the ravens is really interested in returning to the college ranks. Currently he is the most attractive coaching option out right now. Supposedly Texas, USC, and Michigan are all interested.
Since his last name is Harbaugh, I'm guessing Michigan has the inside edge.
But IMO Texas and USC offer equally the best chance of success.
They did mention the connection to Michigan as well, but also said that him and Brady Hoke are really good friends and they doubt that he pursues that job based off of their relationship. USC or Texas are the more realistic destinations.
http://www.chatsports.com/texas-long...ach-10-136-455In an exclusive series of conversations and emails with three independent sources close to the situation, we’ve learned that John Harbaugh is set to be the hottest commodity in the history of college football coaching. Three historical powerhouse programs potentially will be going all out to land the Super Bowl champion coach: Texas, USC and Michigan.
Each source was able to reveal this breaking information exclusively under the condition of anonymity.
“John is ready to move on from the Ravens and lead a college program for the rest of his career, if the right job presents itself,” source #1 told us.
“The NFL is a grinding gig and he has proven that he’s arguably the best coach in the league right now. But, many of his core pieces that have been with him for six or seven years have left the team, and he looks at the college game and looks at the glory and dominance that a coach like Saban or Urban are getting and gets a tad envious.” the source added.
Mack said today that RB Daje Johnson and FB Chet Moss are suspended for the Texas Tech game for "violating team rules."
He never was a HC in college and has been 17 years since he last was an assistant at Indiana. Don't see that happening.
God damn it.
So I don't understand. Are u saying that he isn't qualified or that the interest isn't genuine?
Yeah, Muschamp is done. ZERO passing yards for Georgia Southern.
Never thought Texas, Florida and USC (if Orgeron isn't hired) would be open at the same time.
Would be really surprised if USC didn't just go ahead and hire Orgeron. They could do it for cheap, too (3 mil or so). He's a monstrous recruiter and has proven that those kids will play hard for him. Difference between him and Kiffin is night and day. Further, Sumlin's stock has dropped after the LSU beatdown.
I'll be shocked if Muschamp isn't fired. UF has reached historic lows.
Couldn't tell you which job is better, UF or UT. Guess if a gun was put to my head I'd say UT at this point. That UF offense is in shambles
Possibly Nebraska, and a small chance in Michigan as well.
Can't remember if it has been posted in here earlier, but 24/7 are hearing that Texas might get an official visit from RB Leonard Fournette.
So much win in this picture. What is the guy on the one yard line doing?
FYI Steve Patterson officially takes over as AD today.
Dodds had is retirement party last week and will continue to receive money for the remainder of his contract, but he's done.
The Baylor game will be at 2:30 p.m. on FOX.
Per 24/7, Texas will be receiving a visit from DE Kolin Hill of Schertz Clemens on Thursday for the Tech game:

I am saying I don't believe he is interested in returning to the college game. He definitely is qualified to coach.

UT v Iowa is a mediocre, nearly unwatchable match up.
