I'm sure you know about downloading the games but it sounds like you don't want to do that. In that case, does the BBC/ITV have these games on demand? Since you said you don't mind paying, I suggest using a VPN like a tunnelbear.com, paying $4.99 for the month and use the BBC Iplayer and ITV. Tunnelbear has a free 500 MB way to use their service so you could try it out before s ing out money.
