Not a huge soccer fan but I get amped for the Workd cup. Love watching the World Cup and can't wait till next year.
Australia is fodder for most teams but anything can happen on the day, just hope they don't start out like 2010 by getting a s acking from a world soccer power like Germany. Would be nice if they got a group they could at least get a win and a draw or something.

even though this is much bigger than Football
for me it is the fact that the soccer World Cup has so many potential winners and anything can happen in the knockout stages.
With the Rugby world cups, they are not compe ive enough. That's the beauty with soccer being a truly world wide game.
I could definitely get into following soccer closely but I spend enough time following nba/nfl and rugby. Can't neglect the family too much
