Umm agreed?

Pretty much from puberty to late 50s tbh. Thin or thick (not fat). Skanky or innocent. Bound or not bound. ONLY alive, no matter what some may say, and no blacks or dark browns
You're not down with the chocolate? Granted, I mean the light to mocha skinned ones...I'm not sure if I can do the dark either...but they're fun. I mean, the ones I met in college were. Dark browns? Is that Red Dot or the Latinos?
I question two things.
The fact there is no watersplash on the camera window, and the perspective distances. I think two images were superimposed.
The le is totally wrong anyway. the boat of unsuspecting "boarders' has a diver that went whale hunting. I went to a sight that had several pictures, and I agree they [most] were real. I simply think some of the pictures were doctored for effect.
They are doing some intentional trickery. Here is one for better perspective of size:
Its on the front page of yahoo as well for those of you saying its on some small time website

I've used a photomagnahelical triangulation manometer to determine the approximate size of the whale (not perfect, within .0000000003microns) and I've cross referenced that with Google Earth's "Stalk Me" app and I've determined that the picture is not a fake, despite what other so called "experts" in this thread have said.
Like all of my work, this does not require peer review or scrutiny. I am, after all, smarter than you.
IF there were a sub-machine gun aimed right against your head, would you consider it fake too, and also the bullet that was going to fly through your head?
Wow...
Look at the perspective sizes. That is what I have been speaking of.
LOL...
Susan understands what I'm talking about. Why don't the rest of you?
But I guess if someone could fake a pic that looked so real, he would've probably never made such a mistake that's so stupid and recognizable imho. There might be exceptions (like our goddess), but generally speaking, I don't believe someone with a college degree would ever get out-brained by someone else who doesn't have one tbh
LOL...
Education does not equal intelligence.
from an old cartoon, Playboy?, two whales next to a sinking sailing ship, "I don't mind sinking their ships, but I hate swallowing their seamen"

looks like kori missed one in terms of pictures deteted
I've taken quite a few pictures like that and even some videos.
The front port on professional UW cameras is a dome, not only do the droplets slide off faster/better because of the shape of the front port, but you're also supposed to keep it super clean and smooth because underwater bubbles of air have this nasty habbit of sticking to the port and ruining pictures all of this means that if you keep the port above water for a few seconds chances are you won't get any water spots.
As for the weird perspective that too is correct. Objects in the underwater part of the pictures appear to be much closer because of light refraction (if memory serves objects underwater appear a third larger - don't quote me though as to the exact number).
