Lucci. He said Lodge wasn't visiting Texas, the next day he did. Just have to wait and see.
Just a reminder that WR Ryan Newsome will be committing at 3 p.m. today.
Texas or UCLA.
When Murray tweeted that picture of a Texas jersey, there was no more keeping this thing quiet.

I try to look at the little clues in situations like this, and it interests me that they rushed to shoot down the press conference rumor.
But it doesn't look like they have anything of substance that shoots down the actual story of Murray's possible flip.
Cool. Everyone can read it here then.
Thats your stuff Floss.
Its good stuff.
That's the property of OrangeBloods, my friend.
Unless you're talking about something else I'm unaware of.
This all better be true or someone has to die...
This better be true or I will destroy you and all you stand for.
Both of the above cover about half of how I feel about this.
Whimsical teenage fart heads making me care, it's downright shameful.
Yes it is.
But thanks anyway.
FWIW:
Allen QB Kyler Murray meets Hall of Fame finalist Haley, says he’s still committed to A&M
Murray has committed to Texas A&M but caused a stir in recruiting circles Wednesday by taking an unofficial visit to Texas and tweeting a photo of a UT jersey that had the number he wore at Allen. On Thursday, he was wearing an orange tie, but he said it’s not a sign of anything.
“It goes with brown,” he said.
Murray said that at this point, he’s “still committed to A&M.”
How tight is your butthole on a scale of 1-10?
I've been worried about this recruitment for some time tbqh. Simply for the fact that Kyle Allen is a great QB and Kyler would be on the bench for a couple seasons at least. If he does flip it will be for one reason and that's playing time. Especially considering the rumors that Texas has guaranteed him the starting job next year with two other QB's on campus. That's a lot to turn down and I realize that. I love Kyler Murray but I wouldn't be so concerned with losing him (just because we have Allen) as I would be with the momentum shift and possibly losing out on Lodge, Boyd, Mack, etc. That could be devastating.
Anyway, I could see this one going either way. Good thing for us is Murray is still committed for now. OC Spavital is meeting with Murray and Lodge today so I have a feeling we should know which way this one is going by the end of the day. Murray doesn't seem like a kid who will surprise on signing day. If he is having doubts he will let Spavital and A&M know today (I think).
same situation as Stidham leaving Tech minus the potential baseball thing
I think the Baseball thing is being overplayed. He can play both ways at A&M and our baseball program desperately wants Murray as well. Murray could leave for baseball at anytime as well though. Remember Kohl Stewart for A&M? Drafted and gone, just like that.
Was the above explained?
FWIW, WR DaMarkus Lodge just received his first crystal ball for Texas.
For the record, UT's baseball program is better though.
Throw in that his uncle was a stud for UT's baseball team
Ketch is basically saying Murray to Texas is a done deal. I will believe it when I see it, but that is hard to believe given he has been solid Aggy all the way. Is knowing that Jefferson is enrolled and locked into Texas really having that big of an impact? He does have some interesting connections to Coach Strong though. Apparently Strong was a graduate assistant at A&M when Kevin (his dad) was there.
Per 24/7, DT Kevin Scott of Los Angeles, CA is saying he won't have time to make an official visit to Austin.
USC appears to be the heavy favorite.
