OrangeBloods reporting RB Ronald Jones of McKinney North has been offered by Alabama.
Some Monday notes from 24/7...
-DT/DE Kingsley KeKe of Rosenberg George Ranch says he will be at the second Junior Day on March 1st.
-CB/S Antonio Parks out of East St. John (Reserve, LA) will be in town this weekend along with teammate, CB Xavier Lewis.
-S Kahlil Haughton of Waco Midway is contemplating a visit to Austin on March 1st.
-DT Joseph Broadnax is currently leaning heavily towards TCU and his family prefers he ends up there.
-QB Jaylon Henderson of Humble Kingwood Park has changed his visit to March 1st.
OrangeBloods reporting RB Ronald Jones of McKinney North has been offered by Alabama.
It's worth mentioning that Parks was offered by Chris Vaughn while he was at Memphis.
Any predictions on junior day commitments?
I'm going with zero.

We'll look at it again on Friday night or Saturday morning, but right now I think WR John Humphrey, LB Cameron Townsend and S PJ Locke assuming all are on the same page with the staff. Those are guys I'm focusing on right now.
Another guy who will be in town on Saturday is 2016 RB Devwah Whaley of Beaumont Central.

Update on 2016 QB Josh White of Marietta, GA who will be in town this weekend for the first Junior Day (OrangeBloods):
"I love Texas. I grew up loving Texas. I was a big Vince Young fan," White said. "I feel really comfortable there with all the coaches. I'm looking forward to meeting them, but the main thing is meeting coach Strong. Ever since he was at Louisville, what he did with Teddy Bridgewater, I could see myself in that role. That's going to be a highlight for me. I've heard he's a great guy, a great coach."
"I just want to see what it would be like to be a part of the Texas family and actually get comfortable in Austin. I've hearing great things about it. A lot of people in Atlanta are really big Texas fans. I hear it's a really great city, with great weather."
"I've talked to coach Koenning. He said he doesn't have a lot to do with offering. I haven't even played a snap for varsity yet. Mississippi State did take a chance on me so they're my number one," White said. "If Texas took a chance on me, that would be the biggest thing in my recruitment."
"I competed with the seniors. The senior that they offered from that camp, I competed with and held my own with him," White said. "I was the most consistent. Of course I had some bad balls, but they saw my potential, my size, my athleticism. In the 7-on-7, I made some good throws. I was throwing against some Mississippi State commits and made some good throws."
"I run when I have to. But I would say my best characteristic, if not my leadership, would be my distribution," White said. "If it was basketball, I'd be a point guard. I like to get the ball into my athletes' hands and let them make plays."
"I'm so excited for this trip, I can't even explain. Just to be able to have opportunity to go to Texas is a blessing. I have a lot of family in Houston, so they might be able to come see me," White said. "If I ever go there, my grandmother could come see me play, so that would be huge for me. My mom's whole side of the family lives in Houston. And meeting coach Strong, as a man, that's a great accomplishment in my eyes. That will be a big moment in my recruitment."
Update on QB Max Wittek and his visit to Austin last weekend (OrangeBloods):
"Everything about my trip (to Texas) was awesome," Wittek said. "From the coaches to the players, the school, the campus - it all probably exceeded what I thought it would be."
"From the time I got to Austin on Saturday, Coach (Shawn) Watson and I were talking ball," Wittek said. "A lot of the concepts they are talking about, I ran at Mater Dei (high school)."
"So I already feel comfortable."
"He (Charlie Strong) looks you in the eye, and you know he's no nonsense. And I like that," Wittek said.
"You can tell the players really get along, and you can tell they respect Coach Strong," Wittek said.
"I was impressed."

I can see at least one of him and CB Xavier Lewis being offered this weekend.
Malik Jefferson not attending, will be at Tech junior day. Don't think he'll make next Jr day either.
Anybody hear if Soso Jamabo or Demarkus Lodge making either of the Jr days?
All these guys are huge priorities....
OrangeBloods saying RB Derrius Guice of Baton Rouge, LA will be in town on March 1st:
http://247sports.com/Player/Derrius-Guice-26648
I think if Texas had invited Jefferson's teammate, ATH DeAndre McNeal, to JD1 then he would've come, but chose to accompany him to Tech instead.
Not a word on Jamabo or Lodge yet.
Some of you may remember this kid from Waxahachie. Mack wouldn't touch him:
