I mentioned earlier in this tread that I really liked RB Sewo Olonilua for the 2016 class. This season he has been starting at safety as well and he actually looks pretty good. I think he can be a good LB/S in a few years depending on his growth. Texas is one of the teams to recruit him pretty hard early on.

Update on LB Cameron Townsend who officially visited Oregon State over the weekend (24/7):
“It (official to Oregon State) went well,” Townsend said. “I hung out with the coaches and players and went to the game. I had a really good time.”
“It was a little warmer than expected, but still not exactly hot by Houston standards. It felt good for the most part though,” he said. “I had been there before, so I’d say it met my (expectations). It was really cool. I wish I could go again.”
“The Oklahoma visit is when they play Kansas State. I’m not sure the exact date. For Texas I’m probably going to go when they play West Virginia on Nov. 8,” he said. “My decision will still be in October. I’m going to commit a few days after I visit Oklahoma.”
OL Connor Williams of Coppell speaks on his commitment status (24/7):
“It’s not something I even think about anymore,” Williams said of recruiting. “I am firm with my commitment to Texas and I don’t ever see that changing. I don’t think about other schools and really have no desire to. I love being a Longhorn. It’s the best place for me.”
“The main thing is that I love Coach (Joe) Wickline,” he said. “He’s such an experienced coach whose record speaks for itself. He’s done a lot with the guys he’s had in the past and putting them in the NFL. He was a major reason I picked Texas.”
“I also have a chance to see some early playing time if I continue to work hard,” Williams added. “Coach Wickline told me if I prepare and work hard, I could definitely see the field early, which is something I would love to do. I feel like I can help make an impact immediately as long as I keep putting in extra work.”
“It’s a rebuilding process,” he said. “It will take a little time, but Texas will be back on top real soon. We’ll be competing for national championships in no time. People better be ready. Get your shots in now, that’s all I can say.”
