We learned that even a Spurs win will bring out all kinds of stupid threads.

Going into the playoffs thinking you just have to win your home games is stupid. Spurs had a great road record this season, I even think they play better on the road. So you can lose one, but also win one. HCA is a nice thing, because you can have a potential game 7 on your home floor. That's all ...

The Spurs are a good road team, I don't think home court matters as much to them as a lot of other teams. Even if they lose a game here and there at home, the other team has to win all their home games to keep the advantage. If the Spurs make it to the conference finals they may be facing Houston and OKC after Dallas which wouldn't make the distance travelling too hard on the team.

Sweeps are a rarity, the fact that we had so many in such a short timespan, is making us think they are common. We simply have the experience to nullify any team against which we have the upperhand. Other teams get sloppy or y, we just don't.
