Argentina has huge question marks in the goalie and defense departments. Romero has played like 8 matches in 12 months between Argentina and Monaco, and never looked like a top class keeper. The defense has improved a bit, but they hardly have been tested by quality oposition. And the midfield is thin, any of the starters suspended or injured and Sabella could go into full panic mode and play 5-3-2, with 4 centre backs in that line.
