    They all have skins in case you hadn't noticed.

    But Lollipop on Touchwiz does respect the Google Lollipop visual guidelines.

    Yes it will have all that

    Regarding lockscreen notifications , TW already had - but only for missed calls and messages.
    But with L it will be for everything
