Yeah, Duncan was the whole team!

Worst team constructed with no pure shooters etc., they had Iverson and Marbury on the team for Gods sakes. Set up for failure if you ask me.

Oh yeah Kobe and Shaq backing out too, sissies.
And at yet another example of NBA players depending on Lakers to bail them out.

Here's a little tidbit of info you might not like: Shaq won a GOLD Medal in 1996 (and should have in 1992 tbh). Kobe won 2 GOLD Medals.

Kobe/Shaq 3 GOLD Medals, Duncan't**: BRONZE Medal. Lakers win again.

** as in can't win without Stern.

Sorry Carlos, but just like in the NBA, a stacked team had to win in spite of KirbyPERIOD

Nope, nuh uh. Not accepting this LeHype is The Kang of bailouts. With Kobe? 2 GOLDS. No Kobe? BRONZE.

Duncan just rang without Stern last June.... Kirby's never done that
Npe - Stern was here until February 2014. Spurs winning was part of his passdown with Silver. He "knows where all the bones are hidden"

    5 changes everything
No, it doesn't. Just a guess here, but is Duncan't the first NBA champion to win a BRONZE Medal? I mean, damn. It makes me wonder...

    - Boston should have drafted Duncan't (glad they didn't though)
    - Consecutive 50+ win streak
    - Beating The Kang not once, but twice

CIA Pop must have some serious shiiiiiiiiiiit on Stern for ^ to happen. I wonder what it is?

...and farmers downplaying the significance of "an all-time great" winning a ing Bronze Medal.

If it were Kobe, Laker Fans would have to pay. So eat that sandwich ElNono served up a few posts back. Just like it was a #3 at Whataburger son.

Hey BNS , your LDS is rearing its little head again. SMDH

There are many scrubs that outplay stars from time to time. Happens quite often. The real question is did Kobe rang det year? And if he were truly Robin, explain why he went on to win more rangs after he evicted Shaq.

A 38 year old Jimmy in 2014 put up better numbers than a 22 year Kirby in the 2000 NBA Finals. At 22, Jim not only swept Kobe's daddy, he was doin work in the finals - 27.4/14/2.4/2.2 and more importantly had one of these.

Let me rephrase my Ando bien pedo. Daddy's game score stat for the finals was over 30. Kobe on the other hand had a 9.7. You tell me if Daddy even had a Robin that year. Try Alfred the butler tbh.

Even Kobe knew PJ rightfully ran the tri thru Shaq. Not even a debate.

Shaq left a stacked Magic team to go to LA. He didn't win. Matter of fact, he was swept by the Dream IIRC. Other than the rang Stern stole from _irk in 2006, he hasn't really done without Kobe holding his hand. Whether it was 45 points against your twin towers in a closeout game or dropping 48/10 against the Queens, Kobe was more than just a Robin. 2 > 1 since The Eviction! tells me I'm right.
