Tbh my enthusiasm just took a step back. I'm now scared the plot will be half about Max, half about empowered women breaking free of the patriarchy. I'm really hoping that theme was drilled into this trailer to attract a few women viewers who otherwise have probably already blown this movie off
For about 3 years now, for movies I'm excited to see, I only watch the first teaser a couple times and that's it. No more trailers or commercials. As the movies get closer to being released, they start showing more and more and giving plot stuff away.
It's so refreshing to go into a movie with a mostly blank slate.

Not sure if they billed it as a reboot or just another story in the series, like how they do the Bond movies.
the bad guy in this is the same actor as the ToeCutter from part 1. but it's essentially a re-working of the universe. Miller is a bit out there, like having Bruce Spence play two different characters in part 2 and 3.
damn the hype has got me too stoked. I'm gonna try to catch this tomorrow at midnight but may not have time. if not will catch it with my brother or friends during the weekend.
this easily been my most anticipated film in a long time. next is Tarantino's Hateful Eight. somewhere down the list is Star Wars: The FanFiction Awakens.
Going to try to catch this at some point this weekend. Getting great reviews. I've been looking forward to this one for awhile now.

I want this movie to make a lot of money. I want Hollywood to see unique, R-rated action movies with practical effects as being worth investing in.
