Cormier's becoming a one man injury bug. Rashad Evans wrecks his knee training for a fight with him. Jones suggests that Gustafson should have to fight him on Twitter and then the Swede gets hurt. Now this. Just give him the belt before someone dies.
Now that's a mess.
Alex wants that Jan 3 bout now when it was his fight from the beginning.
But Daniel can now make a surgery on his knee.
Why I would find more reasons to dislike him if he beats DC?
I'm already set on disliking him. He gives the reasons to me by himself.
I just would like to see him act normally not changing faces. Act on and off camera the same. But oh well we saw he is fake and I don't know why you get so emotional about that one attribute of his.
What are the odds that this is a simple attempt to get DC to fight Gus?
You mean he is faking a knee injury and having a fake surgery..
I didn't see anything about surgery in that link
"I'd like to apologize to all the fans who were excited for UFC 178," Jones wrote on Facebook. "Earlier this week, I suffered an injury while training for the fight. I'm having surgery tomorrow and I'm focused on recovering as quickly as possible. I look forward to getting back in the gym and defending my le on Jan. 3 in Las Vegas."

Jones is going to dismantle Cormier, and it's going to get really, really ugly. Hope this doesn't end on a fluke. I see it 3 rounds to 1 for Jones with a stoppage in the 5th. Remember guys, JBJ is one of the best in the world at keeping and using his distance. Cormier wants to rush in? He's going to pay for it.
Donald Cerrone vs. Myles Jury
This is a tough call, and my heart says to go with Jury, but if I'm torn I usually go with the veteran unless they've been slipping. Cerrone looks better than ever and this is a HUGE step up in class for Jury. I think it's only a matter of time before Myles ascends to the top 5, but he's not ready yet.
Josh Burkman vs. Hector Lombard
Not sure how Burkman got a UFC contract, but Lombard was impressive his last time out.
Nate Marquardt vs. Brad Tavares
How are these guys on a UFC main card? They've gone 1-3 and 1-2 in their last 7 fights combined. I'll take Tavares because Marquardt like he's at the tail end of his career.
Danny Castillo vs. opponent TBA
I've heard TBA is really tough, and seems to be cruising right now. In fact, I don't think he's got a loss on his record.

Jones has been working extra hard on his finger extensions, Cormier's eyes don't stand a chance.
I think this fight could be another tough battle for Jones.. DC I expect to bring it and get some TD's.. Fascinating fight..
Yea dismantle and ugly with 3-1
I really hope for DC to kick JJ ass big time!
The standard would be Jones uses his reach as usual to keep his opponent out of the pocket. But DC can have great gameplan for the fake one and can make some damage. I just wonder if Jones will force himself to go for a takedown.
I'm just not impressed with DC's record. Who has he beaten? Seriously, what's his most impressive win? He's destroyed everyone he's fought but I would put JBJ at least two tiers above any of his previous opponents. His best victory might be mins, who has a total of 7 fights.
DC is legit but Jones has a way of rising to every challenge put in front of him.. I believe he is the best fighter in the world and will show it again..
So, which one of the two will get injured again before Jan. 3rd? That's the real bet.
