2-3 times per week on average, 3-8 drinks per sitting depending on the scene. I never drink alone, however. It's always in a social setting with other people. Drinking alone is never fun imo.

Usually Fridays and Saturdays. Quan y ranges from very light to pretty heavy. Occasional during the work week for happy hour or sport events. Used to be a lot more regular during the week but i've cut back big time on that.
armenian liquor is typically cognac or just borrowing vodka from our russian friends up north. there are also some random armenian beers, but most of them are ass

When I was 18-23 I would drink like once a month or so. By 25-27 with med school being extremely intense it kind of became my escape tbh. At 29 now, its so hard to enjoy a weekend without having a drink with the lady. It feels like a weekend wasted, I hve had numerous occasions I take off 4-5 weeks from drinking to remind myself that I 'can' but ultimately I like 3-4 drinks a weekend. As a doctor I know its not good for you though, but I also see plenty of my colleagues smoking like chimneys.
Actually I have heard that one once of alcohol a day is very healthy for you.

Ive heard it a ton, in fact men have an enzyme that allows us to drink more than women. It improves cardiovascular health and stress management. However, I was in awesome shape prior to drinking about 4 drinks a week. My blood work is spot on but I put on weight much faster now because alcohol is like a weight gainer. Its worse than soda in my opinion.
One drink a day is actually good for you, this means about 2 shots a day for men. When I drink on the weekends its more than 2 shots, I'd say about 3.5 shots.
