Trying to jinx it.
Watch. We'll be on the cover of SI right before the season starts.
They want Spurs vs Lebron IV

Yeah... them.
But they're right, we'll win.
I think they want Spurs vs OKC WCF III and Bulls vs Cavs ECF, and let whatever happens happen
Nooooooooo, the odds are against us now
TP didn't make the top 10 pg ranking and duncan didn't make the top 10 pf ranking
Manu was #9 or 8 on the SG rankings and Kawhi was ranked #8 on the Sf rankings, so they still hate us
Are you ing serious?
So much hate for the Spurs tbh.
Yup,
PG: CP3, Westbrook, Curry, Wall, Irving, Lowry, Lillard, Conley, Rubio, Lawson
SF: LeBron, Durant, Melo, Hayward, Batum, Greek freak, Iggy, Kawhi, Parsons, Gay
PF: Davis, Love, Griffin, Josh Smith, LMA, Young, Ibaka, Faried, Amir Johnson
They're not subjective rankings, they're WARP projections. TP had a sub-par WARP last year. And Doolittle acknowledges that TD's (and Nowitzki's) projection is dragged down by the formula because of his age, even though that is perhaps not the best bet to make.
And ESPN predicted that Spurs will win it all..finally some love
Although the TEAM is once again projected to win the Championship by the 'experts' at ESPN.
They are warped projections to be sure.
OMFG, ESPN IS ING RE ED

I always love the pick of the Spurs winning 55-57 games, they usually best that prediction by a few. I say they win 59 games AT LEAST this year. I also predict they gun for the best record on the West again since you need it vs. the Thunderrefs.
I know. When Green and Kawhi each broke their hands and Manu went out with his hammy, we won 62 games playing for one month with a wing rotation of Beli, Nando, Shannon Brown and Othyus Jeffers.
I don't think anyone has any clue how good Kawhi's going to be this year. I was looking at his advanced stats, PER to be specific, compared to Paul George. PG had a 13, a couple of 16s, and just bumped over 20 in year 4. Kawhi had a couple of 16s and a 19.4 in year 3.
That does kind of make you salivate doesn't it? Can't wait. Pray for health.
