Of course when we read "Westpoint", we all think of the military school, right?
Well read on for Fauxs' source.

The report, obtained in advance by Fox News, was published by the Combating Terrorism Center at West Point, an independent, privately funded research group. It was written by Michael Knights, with The Washington Ins ute for Near East Policy.

Gov't ins utions are run by tax dollars, at least in theory.
