Yeah we really lacked a dumb low IQ enforcer like Blair single handedly losing Dallas that game where he kicked Splitter in the head
Yep, still one of the dumbest plays of that idiots career and he is very dumb it seems. Blair and his team rolling, then get gets ejected while his team on a huge run and he sparking it and............ They blew the series there IMO, if they win that game they win the series then bone head goes and does that crap. I am sure Hollins could pull that too, but he is even less talented than Blair.

Blair sure made a difference against us in the first round of last years playoffs though. He was definately a difference maker -Other than his flagrant kick to Tiago's head he did an excellent job against the Spurs. None of our players were able to match his physicality and energy.... He definately had a hand in helping his team push us to the brink and coming closer to winning a 7 game series against us than any other team did. I do realize in the end he cost them the game, but his physicality and energy were part of the reason why they were even compe ive in the series in the first place. We had no answer to his fire off their bench.. Re-watch the series again and you can re-live how much of a problem he was..

The reason the Mavs were in the series is because the spurs thought they could coast against a team whose number they've had since 2012-2013 (maybe even before that) That's all that was. It wasn't until game 7 the spurs played spurs basketball. It was clear who the better team was. It's not like we won a game 7 down to the wire nail biter. If the spurs played like that every game in that series it's over in 4... 5 at the most. Period.

You're in denial if you don't think DeJuan Blair was even somewhat of a factor. Re-watch the series again...

The Blair troll has another account?

Blair is horrible, Spurs didn't care about that series, they had zero pick n roll defense and we blew them out by like 50 in last 2 home games

Blair is the opposite of Hollins. DeJuan is incredibly skilled for a bigman (outside of shooting). He just lacks the measurables. Hollins has the tools, just not the talent. Both may have bad at udes, but that's pretty much where it stops. I'd rather have Blair on my team any day, though.

its gotta be the agent blowing smoke. there is no talent in hollins
    So you don't want Hollins

*hasnt seen a game with Dragic, only FIBA*

But you want a nobody you've never seen? I think I know why...

never said i wanted dragic. this was a report that the spurs were interested in hollins, and i called bull on it. the spurs being "interested" in a player has been a common agent scheme in recent years. the dragic article was supposedly about his own preferences

Spurs are going into this season with the championship roster, plus Kyle Anderson. Not that it isn't fun to speculate or shudder to think, just that we all know it's pointless.

Hollins and Beasley? Do the Spurs need to make a quota for how many head cases they need on the team?

No, I'm happy with the Will Perdue trade.
