Earlier in the game, the Falcons had about 90 return yards and Tampa had about 30 total yards.

Yeah your boy has been ting the bed this year. Maybe Glennon can change his fantasy value going forward. There's a guy in my league who's trying to dump him. I may offer a low end RB2, or a Flex RB and look for the trade rape.
My best WR has been Kelvin Benjamin in that league. I also have Garcon.

They need to fix their schemes first. Glennon's not good, but he should be able to be pretty decent with Tampa's current personnel. If the Bucs have a chance to get a dominant edge-rusher, they absolutely need to go for that first. Simply put, their defense has no chance without one.
