Sorry aggie but avante has already sealed a Rebel win after endorsing you saturday.
during last week's beat down the weaknesses which a&m has shown throughout the season were on full display again, only this time they played an opponent against whom they could not get away with it against. dropped passes, penalties, unimaginative play calling, missed assignments and awful tackling. it's not as if the aggies do not have the talent on the offensive side of the ball to score. the question is: will they be able to execute? they should have kennedy back, which will bring leadership back to the offense but this defense will be a work in progress all season. they are talented but very, very young and true freshmen and red-shirt frosh and sop res will be what they are. all that said, i think ole miss may have a let down and we will see a more focused aggy team this weekend. last week, i picked the aggies out of homerism but i really think they pull the win out this week against the rebels.

Ole Miss is the better team. I can just see any team that beat Alabama struggling the following week vs a good team at their place. It's all about the .."spot"...the Rebels are in this week.
How can that get up "again" after a win of magnitude on the road?

ole miss also has the motivation of two losses in back to back years at home and both those losses going down to the last minute. i'm pretty sure they are fired up to exact some revenge.

Avante hasn't made any pick, I'm just talking about what everyone who follows the college game should be aware of. If anyone reading this has watched any of those football talk shows you've already heard what I mentioned.
Ole Miss did something with some historical significence attached to it, it was huge. Now they are going to go on the road vs a good team coming off a loss. A classic "spot" here and if you know football you also see it.
