Marvel reportedly going to make two spin off mini series of Loki and Scarlett Witch for their streaming service.

Both are supposed to be 6-8 episodes with George involved and a big budget

Could see other avengers get limited series too- War Machine, Falcon, Hawkeye, Vision.

It is probably going to be a while before Avengers 5, not until 2024, and with FF, X-MEN, X-FORCE, Deadpool, coming in to the MCU.

They are only making 3 movies a year, some characters may not have much screen time between now and then. This idea could be a way to continue storylines of popular characters leading up to the next big crossover MCU movie

It's a teaser, so I'll give it a pass. But there is nothing in this trailer that shows me that Brie Larson is going to have what it takes to basically take over the Avengers franchise in phase 4 and beyond.

From what I understand, she's basically going to take over as the defacto leader going forward after Captain America and Iron Man are no longer around.

On a serious note it goes deeper - to American culture and psyche. The stereotype is Americans are rather simplistic and thus see the world thru the scope of good guys and bad guys.

Not a trailer watcher, but I'm having a tough time seeing this actress kick ass and sell the movie. Marvel has a ton riding on this movie bc it seems that if it sucks it'll take wind from the sales of Infinity War pt 2....assuming she's a major player in that movie.

She’s an incredibly talented dramatic actrsss and seems to be able to do comedy fairly well too. I’m not sure either if she can do this as well but if she’s half as good in this role as she’s been when she won an Oscar for Room, then she will be fine.
