I have enter 31 large field bball tourney entries in my first week, including: 15 $2 entries, 15 $1 entries, and 1 $5 entry. After all that I am down only $13. My biggest cash was $20. My two highest point scores are 294.1 and 293.7.
Were these the only three you entered? If so that's good. Just keep playing the 50/50s and use your winnings for the big tourneys so you are basically entering them for free. Or just play the 50/50s and slowly double up your bank roll.
Didn't realize FanDuel allows you to download an excel of your history. My average point total for the first 31 tourneys is 246.4.

My first entry was yesterday and I was seating at 247.6...
247 won't get you anywhere though..wonder what the highest ever score is..
I'd imagine anywhere between 280-Highest is a winning score for the most part.
Normally need 275 to get into the top 15% which puts you in the money in most tourneys... normally. I had 2 squads last Wednesday with 278 and all I won were the 50/50s. To get into the big money you've got to be putting up 40pts/player which is nearly impossible unless you're incredibly lucky.
LMA is out, Kaman starting. Grab him if you're playing the latenight.
I think I'm going to try my bounce back rule..If any role player has a FP of less than 30, he most likely have one by the next game..
Did terrible tonight. Not very much player selection for tomorrow. Therefore, I only made one lineup and entered it multiple times.

So I screwed myself the other night because I didn't know WTF I was doing and bet on the big , lost $14. I then figured out how to bet on the 50/50. Had only $11 to work with for tonight so I got into 5 leagues, but it looks like I am going to hit on all of them which will put me back up to $19.80. This is fun! I should be up beyond $25 before Monday.
What point total did it take to cash in you 50/50? Not your score but the lowest score that still cashed.
Out of the 5 leages I joined, here is how I placed (so far, most still have 1 or 2 quarters left)....
1) 33 out of 120
2) 21 out of 80
3) 28 out of 80
4) 27 out of 80
5) 38 out of 120
As far as scores go, I got 251.2 across the board because I used the same line-up for each one.
I still need to tweak my line-up some (need to pay attention to other teams more) but this is who I had tonight and what they got me....

SG-Monta ellis: 33.5
SG- Klay Thompson: 39.3 (still playing)
SF- Kawhi Leonard: 29
SF- Caron butler: 9.3 (Bust, thought he would do better)

As far as the lowest score to win each league, this is how it stands in the ones I am in.
LOWEST SCORE to WIN
1) 235.5
2) 234.8
3) 241.7
4) 240.3
5) 242.4
It seems to me, with most of the 50/50 leagues, if you can crack 240 you have a good shot.

Yeah, but you have to look at the winnings... you are only winning cents on the dollar. A league that cost $1 will net you $1.80 for the win....
While not much, it is fun. And if you are good enough, who couldn't do with a couple hundred bucks extra per month?
If I can win like I did today, every day, that amounts to about $250-$300 extra a month! Not that I am expecting that, but still....
If after a year I end up with enough to pay 1/3 of my property tax, I will consider it a win.

The payout is chump change but if you know who to pick fantasy league style you will win.... As long as you are in the top %50.
Tomorrow I will share my winnings/losing's along with my lineup. Not gonna give out who I picked until after the games.

Just got my winnings deposited, was able to enter a total of 14 leagues.... I think I got a great line-up, looking for a good payout tomorrow.

The scores at the top of the big tourneys were about 20pts lower than usual. I'm thinking these numbers are a little lower than usual as well.
From what I can tell, it seems pretty easy to win the 50/50's as most of the people who play it don't really "know" basketball.... They seem to pick all the big names for each position, wasting their cap space, then fill out their roster with scrubs.
Easy to place in the top %50 if you know who does well in certain matchups. As long as you place in the top %50 you get the same pay as the 1st place person. It is a small payout but it is pretty much guaranteed if you know Basketball.
Of course, if I lose tomorrow, my credibility will be shot to .
I don't see that happening though, I fully expect to get paid for all 14 50/50's I joined.

I had two squads, one put up 274.1, the other 274.7. I did well, but in the 100 man leagues I finished anywhere between 9-13 and didn't cash on the 13th place
