Constipation is worse and I don't think it's even close
Diarrhea, when is strong you cant even work or do a normal life, Constipation on the other hand is horrible but when you let go the turd you can have a normal life for at least a week and then...4 hours to let the poo poo go again.
Constipation is worse . Just had it really for the first time and I was in pain. Even effected my bladder because the poop was hitting against it. Had to take miralax for 4 days. Drinking a liter of water minimum now and good fiber daily. No more of that (pun intended)

a good old stomach virus + three day diarrhea is like a cheat code when going through the cutting phase in the gym tbh
