Honestly? I'd "hide" whatever player on Ellis, who is about half the player without the ball than he is when dominating it.
Another thing Dallas added is a VERY unhappy Monta Ellis. Think about it. He's almost NEVER going to touch the ball, and he's really only dangerous with it in his hands.

Man, I'm glad that they traded him away. As a second unit player, he was a problem for the Spurs.
I also like it because now the Mavs don't have the inside track on resigning him this summer when he's a free agent. I think he'd be the perfect player to platoon with Splitter. They have completely different strengths, especially defensively, and would be a perfect combo for Pop to use in different match ups: Tiago against bigger, bulkier post players like Marc Gasol/Bogut/Cousins and Wright against athletic/outside shooting bigs like Bosh/LeMarcus/Anthony Davis...

And by the way, Jermaine Oneil is done. That guy is completely washed up.

They will be scary at times.....but, there's only one basketball and they have at least two stars who need the ball to be effective.

Play him without Dirk and floor spacing collapses (and you're relying on Charlie V being playable). Play him with Dirk and you take the ball out of Dirk's hand. I love it.
