McCarthy is gonna suck ass like everything post Bridesmaids. Wiig is kinda meh. Leslie Jones and Kate McKinnon are the best ones they got tbh. McKinnon is ing brilliant and a complete natural. Don't get me wrong, I'm not gonna see this, but get over the lame ass "THEY'RE RUINING A CLASSIC!!!!!! I GREW UP WITH THAT MOVIE!!!!!!!!!!!!!" bull . Get pissed when they remake real classics

this looks absolutely terrible....which means i expect at least 100 million domestic. the original was lightning in a bottle, even the sequel couldn't touch it, so wiping a pap smear across it doesn't matter at this point. Jim Cameron learned this a long time ago, make a product that appeals to women and you'll be printing cash.
That fantastic four i'll at least catch on tv/redbox/internet sometime. But i hope i never even hear of this again.
The reality is that there is no one that can fill the shoes of Bill Murray and Dan Aykroyd in carrying a comedy today. Those guys were already major stars when the did GB. The studio probably knows there isn't anybody out there that can carry what is bound to be a ty script. Or anyone that is even willing to do it. So...just save some money and pay those 4 chicks and crank out some cheap lame piece of and hope to get enough suckers in the first couple of weeks to payback the cost.
And didn't they basically already remake Ghostbusters with RIPD? and even MIB really.
They only way that a new GB might be funny would be to do it as a stoner film with Rogan, Hill, Franco, et al. Give it an R rating and let them say "what the " and all that. It would still pale in comparison to the original but it might have some laughs.

I don't care about remakes, Hollywood has been remaking since the 20's. If it looks like a piece of crap, no problem, I just don't watch it. But another Kristen Wiig/Melissa McCarthy pairing will definitely be
