People are thinking that Eric Cufee may commit. Many think that he and Dontavious Jackson are silent commits. He told Scout last week that he doesn't have a time table and will commit whenever he feels it's the right time. In other words, ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

OrangeBloods reporting OL Patrick Hudson of Silsbee took a secret visit to UT last week.
I don't remember this, but according to 247 he was committed to TAM on March 28 and then committed to the Bears on July 18. I've liked what I've read about him but is this one destined to go down to NSD because he can't make up his mind a la Daylon Mack?
Complete opposite of Mack, and most teenagers, in personality.
Quiet, unassuming and doesn't like recruiting attention, which is why there is rarely news on him anywhere.
Also a reason why he was able to visit UT without anyone knowing until now.

Sumlin created a bad reputation because of Hudson. Hudson decommitted from A&M because it was rumored that Sumlin pressured him into committing super early. Even though he committed, it rubbed Hudson and many people the wrong way. Few days or weeks later, he committed to Baylor.

Multiple sites reporting QB Matthew Merrick is now officially a part of the 2015 class and will enroll for fall camp.
24/7 reporting OL Terrell Cuney was arrested on Wednesday morning for shoplifting.
No word on what Strong and staff will do.

It looks like the summer enrollees have been giving numbers.
Per 24/7, Coach Traylor mentioned recently that DeAndre McNeal has been moved to his group and will now be working with the TEs.
My guess is they plan on lining him up in several different places.
I don't know what it is exactly, but the back side of the jerseys look a little different.
Names and numbers are bigger?
It's interesting that last year, no freshmen got single digit numbers. So far I've seen DeShon Elliott and John Burt (#1) from this years class. IIRC Strong said something about "earning it" and that was the reason why Daje Johnson got #23 instead of #4.
DE Kolin Hill from Schertz Clemens is leaving Notre Dame.
You may recall UT offered late and it was looking good, but he chose to stick with the Irish.

Big news.
Per Scout, DE Rahssan Thornton of Killeen Shoemaker will be visiting campus tomorrow.
