24/7 reporting Texas has offered CB Benjie Franklin of Alief Taylor. He is supposed to attend Junior Day on Saturday.
There a few other guys I have on "offer watch", and I'll post as we get closer to Friday just in case some of you aren't familiar with the lesser known names.

Scout saying DT Jordan Elliott of Houston Westside spoke with the entire staff yesterday over the phone.
A few quotes from OL Jean Delance of North Mesquite (24/7):
“I’m setting a ride up and talking to Coach (Joe Wickline) about it as well,” Delance said.
“I’m wanting to hear the offer from the man himself,” Delance said of receiving the offer from Charlie Strong. “I can’t even explain (the type of reaction). I’ve been thinking about Texas.”
“I want to hear about the rebuilding and turning of the program to a national championship compe or team and a national program again,” Delance said.
Inside Texas reporting that Alief Taylor's coach confirmed CB Benjie Franklin has not been offered...yet.
He could get one on Saturday.

@TeamKamMartin: I'm not going to Texas because of @jcharles25 I'm starting my own legacy at Baylor !!!! #SicEm #B2B
Could be legit but it's a long ways from signing day. To me it sounds like a young man still bitter that Texas held off on offering for so long. We shall see.
Lol college legacy. Sure means a lot to Vince these days.
@BGKofiBoateng: This dude @BGShaneBuechele @ name should be UTCoachBuechele "Recruiting Coordinator"
Per his Twitter, QB Shane Buechele will attend Junior Day this weekend.
ESPN just ranked Texas as the number one job in college football over Alabama (2nd) and USC (3rd).
Obviously whoever wrote that article is a T-sip!!!
Definetely! ESPN is filled with them!
"By Travis Haney l ESPN.com"
"Chris Low, Brett McMurphy, Adam Rittenberg and Mark Schlabach contributed to these rankings."
ESPN still trying to justify the Longhorn Network to themselves and ultimately to Mickey Mouse.
It got off to a really bad start, but distribution is much wider now and if we can get football turned around then it may end up working alright after all.
Inside Texas saying DT Ed Oliver of Spring Westfield will not be in Austin this weekend.
Not a big surprise.
Look$ like we weren't willing to work with the We$tfield agent.
I'm not even sure what the guy's role is, but it's an odd deal (even if he were a huge Texas fan).
Oliver seems to favor LSU and then Houston because his former head coach is now on Herman's staff.
@OB_JasonS: Breaking: a Rivals100 defender will be at #hookem jr day and he'll bring a talented teammate too. Details ($) http://t.co/OK1Ndoicte
Any idea who?
DT Kendell Jones of Killeen Shoemaker.
He's bringing his teammate, DE/LB Rahssan Thornton, as well. Check him out:

Great architecture really stands the test of time, and that bell tower is definitely great architecture.
