will i get bigger legs and thighs by just squatting? serious.
Legs are more genetics than anything else. They will get a little bit bigger and you will see more definition(you should squat anyway because it's one of the best lifts on the planet), but they aren't going to blow up like you see on some of those quadzillas.

You have to eat more if you want to gain size, tbh, not just exercise(although you'll see results at first regardless, if you're new to working out)..
M Stak is good on a bulk, you'll see nice size/strength results if you add a substantial caloric increase, it really requires a lot of calories to see optimal results, from my experience..
Not always, if you are doing more aerobic type exercises. You stop with the running and that sort of thing and just concentrate on lifting you'll make gains without a change in diet.
Ya true, I meant caloric increase, which is essentially the same thing..at least for myself, I'd rather eat more than change my workout volume..
Any period where I have to decrease eating is terrible, tbh..especially a day like today here in Toronto, nicest day in months, walking outside all morning/afternoon, wanted to get a beer outside or at least some ice cream or something, but doesn't fit my macros for today..
I agree, and it is better to have the aerobics/running included, as we all know the most important muscle is the heart.

Stopped excersising for a while now and got to 220 pouns.. Which would be fine given I am 6'3 but it's all gotten to my belly and quads (well, quads area)... Used to be in pretty good shape 2-3 months ago, although was never really ripped/buffed up..Any tips?

It's been about 20 years now, I'd taken Judy to a drive in theater, so there we are trying to watch the movie. Next to us a car load of young punks were smoking pot, drinking and being loud. so last week i ed around and put up 250 on the bench for the first time. 250 is a lot to me because i used to hate the bench and never went over 200. only a month back in the gym consistently and i already got 250. now my goal is to get up to 275 by the end of may or early june.
i've been doing the natty thing for so long its time to start juicing. my dealer sent me this pic yesterday
