What did you decide to with?
I stopped heavy lifting two years ago.
Started 140lbs went up to 185 after a year and decided to go down to to 155 again.
I've always been naturally skinny so i prefer the lighter feel.
Went from benching 100 to 200+ and then back to 150lbs.
I love the lighter feel..
What did you decide to with?
i'm going to try test-c and winny together. i need to get some multivitamins for my joints cuz the winny will dry out the joints.
One of the most important things to do when it comes to weight training is having everyone in your orbit well aware of how important it is to you. They know your routine as far as the when and how long goes. They know when not to be bothering you.
Tren >>>> Winny, IMO..
i might try tren next cycle. this is my first time trying this and i heard tren can be hard as on your body.
. No one believes this . You clearly didn't know wtf you were talking about when you tried speaking about lifting.
I used Creatine in High School
Then in mid 20's [Pre-workouts] No-Xplode & Jackd3d
I don't need that stuff now. Take a shot of black coffee if I need that kick in the butt to get into car
Yea, I stopped using pre workouts a few months ago. Is tough at first because your body gets used to working out with them. After the initial shock to your body though it feels great not using them, hear doesn't beat out of your chest and .
Hahah. My buddy would take a scoop of Xplode before partying.
They have some out now called Mr Hyde that my friend takes. I tried a scoop of it when we went to workout once and omg, absolutely horrible . So much caffine in it.
Felt too jittery?
Yea, way to jittery. I'm not really a fan of the jittery/tingle feeling in the first place. I used to use some musclepharm brand stuff called assault. Felt like it gave me the extra energy, but didn't speed up my heart to much or make me feel all jittery. It didn't have alot of caffine.
Built up my home gym over 2014, I really ramp up my effort now that I can lift in peace.
Been a while since I've done one of these. Pretty pleased with 14%.
So there you go Avante. You've been asking for something so here it is...and that's all you are getting since your fat ass is too afraid to post the video you agreed to.
Damn that always posts big from my phone.
what was your weight pre-lifting?
Started at 226...all gut. I cycling outside for 6-8 months to lose the weight and got down to about 185 and started strength training. Been lifting heavy for 8 or so years now. I got up to about 215 then then started watching my diet more closely and it helped me tighten down. I've been hanging out at 200-205 for about a year and a half.
It's complete opposite for me. On my first day of lifting I was at 134lbs (5ft 11' 3/4), textbook ecto. Dirty bulked up to 185 in ~15 months, much of it going straight to the gut. Cleaned up my diet after that and I'm sitting at 170 now.
The last five years or so I've gotten into working more on my cardio conditioning than I ever did. Big muscles are nice but what really matters once ya get past 40 is being in shape and being able to run. So I now lift MWF run/bleacher steps/skip rope/a weird jumping jack I do on TTS...with Sundays off.
The bottom line is NEVER EVER EVER miss a workout....EVER~~~~~~~~
And, you MUST have all ya need at home or close. I run the bleachers of a HS down the street and run on the track, obviously there and back.

I don't believe you...and neither does anyone else, chubby.
Dude, why would I have pictures of sprinters on my walls if I hadn't ran track? Why would I have a bench press in the middle of my room if I didn't use it? Where did I get all those football trophies? How come I know sooooooooooooo much about track, football and bodybuilding if I wasn't a sprinter, footballer, lifter?
I showed pictures of all that stuff.
Just how ing stupid are you? Been bangin; clangin' that steel ever since HS, the only time I didn't was in bootcamp. There I did pushups, pullups and lifted my fake rifle.
Dude, what fat follows sprinting, now think dummy.
Stupid, progressive weight training using 3 sets of 10. When that final set gets too easy ya add more weight. Now that final set is work, but, once it becomes easy, guess what?
Dude, I know more about how to built the body than anyone here, been at it longer.
