Got into weigt training the summer before my junior year of HS football. I was a sprinter/running back/defensive back/kick returner. I wanted more muscle, I was around 220 pounds at that time.
Other than those 8 weeks (pushups, pullups) of boot camp, I've been lifting ever since. It's not something ya do, it's who you are.
I tried the gym thing, it didn't work. Too much standing around, too much chit chat and too $$$$. So I bought me a gym (more or less, yep, garage).
Alternate body parts, working out all but Sunday. Can't image life without the muscle. So many times my look stopping things before they got started.
It's pretty much common knowledge that you are fat tbh.

Dummy, x footballer/trackster here who gets a nut hearing that...CLANK! 6-2 278 pounds of twisted railroad steel.
So I pull up to a gas pump, to, yep...get gas. Before I can get out a car ...."what are you looking at?"....yep, a car load of Mexican punks, on the other side. I slowly get out, now they can see me. "Excuse me". Which got a...."nothing man".

Here's a great exercise for your biceps. Something all us fat s work on, haha!!!!!!!!
Take a dumbbell (10-15 pounds because strict motion is needed) now take a knee. With the dumbell at arms lenght across your other leg lift about 6 inchs, now hold and count to five., then another six inchs and count to five, now another.....
No set n' reps, ya just go until you can't do any more. Obviously alternating arms.
The goal of all fat slobs is big bulging biceps, hahaha!!!!!!!!!!!
Just finished Cardio (28 mins) and then hit Legs. Feeling sexy

Just did Back. Also elliptical for 30 mins. Treadmill has been tearing up my knees
What pace do you run, tbh?..
on Treadmill. I start at 5, go up every 0.5 mile and finish at 6.5
I stretch before and wear shin splint straps
I lift brah
I also take my supplements brah

When you first start out, then you lift. But after that first year it now simply becomes who you are, not what you do. It becomes part of your dailey routine.
I figure dudes that wanna get all big and swole up gotta be compensating for something.
