Hoyer. Tired of mental midget ass QBs.
Lol no they did not.
Completely ing unneccessary. O'Brien with the good ol boy Patriot connects like Kubiak and his love affair for ex Broncos.
Chatter picking up on the Hoyer front. Looks like it might be a done deal. fml.
Like I said, losing patience. If you don't have a QB by year three, ass needs to get fired.
Well getting both to have a real compe ion is fine with me. I think Mallett will be the guy and Hoyer is a fine backup. They will likely trade Fitz now.

Expectation is that Brian Hoyer will be in Houston to sign the deal tomorrow at 3 p.m. CT. And @RapSheet says Ryan Mallett has a deal, too.

Ryan Mallett's deal with the #Texans is a 2 year deal worth $7 million. Expecting Hoyer's to be bigger.

Mallett has a guarantee of $1.75 million in the first year. No guarantee in the 2nd. A prove it deal. And if he does, he'll cash in. #Texans

If Texans release Ryan Fitzpatrick -- or possibly trade him considering the market -- they'll save $3.25 million. Has one year left on deal.

Brian Hoyer's contract is expected to be 3 years and in the range of $12-14 million. Getting more due to playing experience.
Should be easy to do. Teams are desperate for QB's. Even as a backup his contract is very friendly.
He's getting paid to be the backup. Mallett's money will come after he proves he can be the guy.
you are right, i mistook him and jackson. 5 per is perfectly solid value.
Sounds like the Jets are making one last run at Hoyer...

Apparently Johnson has no trade partners, so I'm told he is getting released. #Texans
I guess they'll be looking to draft a wide out in the first couple of rounds.
