Yep it does. I haven't played it much yet but everyone loves this thing so far, and it's completely open to mods.

son it's gotta be a normal walmart or super walmart. those small neighborhood walmarts that just sell food are like catnip for old white folks, but holy water on the negros.

OK, this looks like it will take time to master.

I have only played the original Sim City ages ago. I was swept up by the YouTube, and other things I looked at.

I hope I get the flow of the game. Looks great, but so far have only spent about 10 minutes with it.

I keep losing cities because I expand to fast and go into debt. You kind of have to build really slowly and build up a war chest of funds before leaping ahead.

You just need to hack it and get all the funds you need, like Hugo Chavez. Then you can build however you want and kill the bas s that disagree with you.
