jameis has all the physical tools, intelligent(killed the white board at all his team interviews), a natural leader and ran a pro style offense in college. he is immature and goofy but i can see all of that being fixed once he gets around some pro's. he doesn't have the toxic personality and lazy work ethic of a manzeil or ryan leaf.
Winston it is. All reports say so, plus they have McCoy at d-line so they can live with passing on Williams.
He throws so many interceptions though

Stick with Glennon and draft Williams. Winston and Mariota overrated.
