Bringing him back so soon after the initial surgery was just remarkably stupid. Hopefully, he can fully recover this time and be MVP-level Kevin Durant again.

They've been playing with fire after what they did to Ibaka last year. Such a stupid coaching staff.

agreed. Tough to see a great talent like that at risk. you never know. I remember people saying freely that Lebron will pass MJ and KObe in scoring and Durant will pass all three. No way you can know for sure. Also people were questioning his durability because he was skinny but it has been his foot that has been the issue ... and even if he comes back he may be more GHill post-surgery than Durantula.

This is what happens when you give money to Porkins instead of Harden, then run your players into the ground. Chimpbrick better enjoy his solo run while it lasts cuz his knees are next.

There's history of guys who had similar injuries who never returned to their normal selves... although most, if not all, of them were never in the same league as Durant. Hope he makes a full recovery.

Now Curry or Bogut go down per par and another asterisk goes up to the rafters

Sad. Foot injuries don't go away. Especially for a jump shooting 7 footer.

He's finished, tbh..Durant doesn't have the conventional look of a near-7 footer, but this type of injury can't bode well for a player with his body type..

1 down, now we just need Bogut to break something significant, tbh..

Even if Durant comes back next year healthy, he should be very cautious with his free agency coming.

Frankly, I thought "you" were talking out "your" ass, as "you're" want to do. This time you went against type.

5 minutes in (maybe 3) you'll break his spirit. That'll get 'er done.

I'm surprised his agent did not intervene at any time.
