    I'm biased but yes, i can't imagine a better decade to grow up in. seems to have gone downhill since then. As great as the 70s were for film, I somewhat prefer the 80s. crazy how many classic comedies came out from like the late 70s through early 90s, now everything feels neutered or lifeless. Way too many great albums from that decade to list. Good times.

    is too vanilla now... it's all OMG social media, Fast n Furious 23, etc... Even what should've been a ty movie like Rambo was pretty decent back then, tbh...

    Transformers, Ghostbusters,Prince, Trading Places,National Lampoon's Vacation, plus...80's porn blows away the stuff from today.

    Those guys and gals were athletic specimens.

    - Ghostbusters
    - Lethal Weapon
    - Die Hard
    - Terminator
    - Back to the Future
    - The Shining
    - Gremlins
    - Predator
    - Raiders Of The Lost Ark
    - The Empire Strikes Back
    - Ferris Bueller's Day Off (kinda slipping this one in, one of my faves, tbh)

    and I'm sure I'm easily missing at least half a dozen other great flicks... mind asplode, tbh

    EDIT: Holy , I can't believe I forgot Eddie Murphy (Coming to America, etc)... wow
