He's gonna start forgetting to log in and out eventually..
I was pretty drunk during the game so maybe I'm not remembering things correctly ...but honestly, it seemed like he dealt with the double teams fine. I only remember 1 or 2 TOs, and he didn't try to force things. The problem was that the spacing was off and we weren't finding the open guy. Every time they double Kawhi, there should be someone open if our spacing is good. Even if Kawhi doesn't have the angle to get it to the open guy, he should be able to get it to someone who can quickly swing the ball around to whoever is open.
I expect us to handle those situations better tonight.
He's gonna start forgetting to log in and out eventually..
OP, you willing to leave the website if he doesn't, tbh?
I will no longer post if he doesn't post up at least 38 fanduel points.
Yeah you will you attention craved got.
The Spurs may be grasping at straws -- acknowledging that they can't win simply by playing their normal game better.SANTA MONICA – As the San Antonio Spurs ran through the final drills of practice at Santa Monica High on Tuesday, Tony Parker offered a statement that should send chills through those hoping to see a second Clippers playoff win Wednesday.
“I expect him to have a big game tomorrow,” Parker said.
The “him” is Kawhi Leonard, the rangy Spurs small forward from King High in Riverside, who might just be the most important player in the series.
Thinking they need to some dramatic change to their normal game, some heroic individual effort.
I haven't been this pessimistic since Game 3 of the Miami series last year, or Game 5 of the OKC series, or Game 4 of the Dallas series . . . (And, yes, the irony is intentional.)
Losing a 1st round series to the Clippers after a championship season. Sure hope I'm wrong as usual.
Wake me when it's over. (I mean that literally since I'm in SA this week and the game starts at 9:30.)
BSPN saying Pop will put KL on CP3. He'll be in foul trouble if that happens. Forcast: 73% chance of flop flop flop.
Kawhi's about to put up a legendary LeBron Celtics Game 6 type of performance on our asses.... I can only hope Enrique's cancerous play and jealousy will be enough to offset it.
Lol spurs fan posting as clipper fan
You been speaking to Rob Diaz again?
Kawhi needs be the pitcher not the catcher.
First 30+ point game?
I'd love to see it but with if the Clippers have that same defensive energy, Spurs are going to have to win with ball movement and hitting shots. KL iso isn't going to get them much I suspect.
Kawhi will probably be used as a decoy based on that. The Clips are doubling him a little bit, he'll need to be hitting the open man quickly when that happens. I wouldn't expect any Spur to hold the ball more than a second tonight...quick moves, lots of passing, lots of open looks. The Spurs will need to show they can shoot the ball on the road. Maybe a career high in assists for Leonard?
Quarterback my friend. Even Pop said it.
spurs nation
just gna leave this here for reference
He's not gonna do as long as he's on the floor with parker and diaw at the same time. I swear that parker just doesn't like passing him the ball. On a fast break last game, Kawhi was ahead of everyone and parker still drove it in. He passes to Diaw more than he does anyone on the team.
James with the truth nukes.
Based on this Kawhi had 33.7 pts in Game 1:
6 2-FG = 12
1 3-FG = 3
3 FT = 3
6 Reb = 7.2
3 Ast = 4.5
4 Stl = 8
4 TO = -4
so if kawhi repeats his game 1 performance, apalisoc pledges to stop posting
7 2-FG = 14
2 3-FG = 6
3 FT = 3
9 Reb = 10.8
3 Ast = 4.5
1 Stl = 2
1 Blk = 2
3 TO = -3
Total = 39.3 points
