Of course. Shaun King has already fully investigated and released the info on the daily kos.
I think I haven't seen the evidence. Do you guys have a link to it?

Nice contribution to the thread.
I assume you'll just fart around here and question others opinions without giving your own until the evidence is presented?
It was a serious question tbh. I only heard a little news today.
Apparently the cops didn't even have cause to arrest Grey. There is evidence that he received the injuries while in the van and his head injury matches a bolt on the van wall. Also he wasn't strapped down, so it appears that he was given a "rough ride" which cause his spine to sever.
good to see someone at least trying to hold ty cops accountable
He was loitering around a heavy drug stop. And he had 13 felonies (mostly drugs).
I'd say the Cops definitely did their job.
Thats not probable cause. The prosecutor said that they had no [legal] reason to arrest him in the first place.
loitering and a rap sheet isn't probable cause for an arrest, still less for a rough ride. nice try.
lawyers know other lawyers. that's good spin.
No spin for that logic
I think these cops did something criminal
But still think the ag should recuse herself because that is definitely a conflict of interest.
carrying a knife, even a switchblade, there is also legal. running from cops isn't a crime, but it insults their bullying, racist egos, so they make the runner pay dearly.
Baltimore police officer Caesar Goodson Jr., 45, allegedly murdered Freddie Gray.
Allen Bullock, 18, smashed a Baltimore police car's windows and windshield with a traffic cone.
Yet the police officer reportedly ended up with a much lower bail than Bullock — a difference that Baltimore protesters say is another sign of a criminal justice system that's skewed in favor of police officers.
Bullock turned himself in after the April 25 Baltimore riots, and, according to the Guardian, his bail was set at $500,000 — a sum his family says they can't afford. His family now says they regret convincing him to turn himself in.
RelatedFreddie Gray shouldn't have been arrested, and he shouldn't have died
Goodson was arrested on Friday after Baltimore's state attorney announced five criminal charges against him: second-degree depraved-heart murder, involuntary manslaughter, second-degree assault, manslaughter by vehicle (gross negligence), manslaughter by vehicle (criminal negligence), and misconduct in office. His bail was set at $350,000, ?according to the Baltimore Sun's Justin Fenton.

Can't wait to hear the police defense liarwyers account.
An attorney for the union, the Baltimore Fraternal Order of Police, said the officers did nothing wrong.
"No officer injured Mr. Gray, caused harm to Mr. Gray, and they are truly saddened by his death," Michael Davey told reporters.
Do you really think she is going to personally represent the state in the courtroom trials?
I don't.
I doubt the murder charges make it past a grand jury. This appears to be political grandstanding. The "three black women will get justice for Freddie" comment was appalling.
Do you have a link to the evidence?
No I don't, Chump, but the murder charge was on the driver. Have fun trying to prove he drove recklessly with the intent to injure the passenger if all of the other officers and the other prisoner say he didn't.
I'm not saying they are innocent. Failing to get him immediate medical help when it was obvious he asked for it and needed it is criminal and civil negligence at a minimum.
From what I've heard, I'm not sure intent is necessary here.
Well, follow that logic to it's conclusion. Is the sober driver of a car guilty of murder if a passenger dies in a car accident?
I am also unsure a "rough ride" is being cited in the charges.
Depends on what type of murder we're talking about here.

With that, it might not even matter how Gray got injured. Could be as simple as not giving a once they knew he was injured.
