I would be just fine with Carroll as a replacement, but you're right, plenty of teams looking to overpay 3 and D players.
I would like to add a strong wing even if Manu returns. We need someone to help eat quality minutes. Kawhi-Green-Kyle Anderson-Manu potentially next year? What other solid wings are available?
